Description: An expert witness is a person, who by virtue of education, training, skill, and experience, has expertise and specialized knowledge in a particular subject.  Our staff provides expert witness testimony about a variety of psychological topics and issues.  We also provide testimony in conjunction with court-ordered psychological and custody evaluations.  Expert witness services have been provided for civil and criminal proceedings in 8 jurisdictions in Maryland and 1 jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
